Sehr schönes, prima ausbalanciertes Kochmesser. Durch die 15cm gut für Leute geeignet, denen 20cm zu unhandlich sind und der Griff zu groß.Das verwendete Holz ist sehr ansehnlich, die gesamte Form wirklich hübsch, scharf ist es auch. Leider ist es für das was es leistet (Sachen klein schneiden und dabei hübsch aussehen) doch sehr teuer, daher ein Stern Abzug dafür.
