The Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate is specifically designed and optimized for weight, rigidity, stability, durability and overall performance on the Blade 300 X helicopter. The new upgrade product is machined with precise CNC tolerances from Aluminum material to gain the best precision together with stainless steel anti-rotation pin, stainless steel ball linkages to prevent wear and tear for long time use. It is a direct-replacement of the stock plastic components. In addition, the high quality selected radial bearing is utilized to minimize any unwanted slops and plays between upper cup and lower cup. With a perfect combination of Aluminum and Delrin material, Microheli center ball withstands high friction, keeps increase accuracy, durability and anti abrasion; completely different from the stock plastic swashplate utilizing brass/molded plastic center ball. The Precision CNC Aluminum Swashplate tilts linearly and precisely which produces the most accurate and fast cyclic response and cyclic power.
